Building services: after the Al-Qaeda terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, in which more than 3,000 people were killed, the security concepts of embassies had to be revised and improved.
In this context, ELCON brought the electrical installations, the building services and the security systems up to the latest state of the art in security technology.

After 11 September, the security concept for embassies was revised. In a confined space we created a very high security standard and implemented it within a short time, without disrupting ongoing operations.
