The scope of work covered the complete fit-out of the 9th and 10th floors of the Northern Tower, with a usable area of approximately 4,500 m².

- drywall construction and suspended ceilings
- raised flooring
- painting and plastering
- internal doors, glass partitions and fitted furniture
- electrical installations
- ventilation systems
- air conditioning
- sanitary installations
- solar shading
- fire alarm system
- gas extinguishing systems
Particular challenges: A period of 3 months was available for delivery. Because of the short construction time, the work was carried out in shifts around the clock. At peak times, up to 175 workers were active on the project.
